REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of products sold there are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  All orders are packaged under video surveillance with accuracy and care. In the unusual case there is a problem with your order, you receive the wrong order, or are missing items from your order please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and correct any mistake caused on our behalf.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship everywhere except Mexico! The customer is responsible for paying any custom fees.

PROCESSING TIMES

Shipping: Packages will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of order being placed. In the event we experience high order volume processing may be delayed by 1 extra business day. All Packages will ship via USPS First Class(3-5 Business days excluding holidays and weekends & not including processing time) or Priority Mail (1-3 Business days excluding holidays and weekends & not including processing time). Delivery times are estimated and not an exact guarantee.There will be no shipping fee refunds for delivery delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather etc. Please ensure you have enough time to order. Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. Once packages are delivered to USPS Nail Heaven is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages! Please contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) to report all claims. In the event a package is returned/undeliverable for any reason the customer will be responsible for reshipping cost.
